How can I use...(World of Warcraft)?

I'm on a trial account, after it running out I am seeking a real account, and I'm only a level 7 undead warrior priest, at the moment. However I've obtained a two-handed practice sword, cracked sledge, and an executor staff. The Practice Sword says "Sword" in red, and says requires level 2. The Cracked Sledge, in red, it says "Two-Handed" in red and requires level 2. Lastly, the Executor Staff says "Staff" in red. I'm wondering when and how I can get to used these items. Thanks!
