Should I trade cakewalk vs 20 for interface with higher sample rate?

I recently purchased a cakewalk vs 20 for mixing and recording high quality vocals. I recently learned about sample rate and what it means. The cakewalk has 24 bit with 44.1 khz sample rate. I'm wondering if I should return the cakewalk and get something with a higher sample rate. Is it worth getting somthing with higher sr or will it not make a difference...
