Mutual Funds ????? I am thinking of putting some money into Dodge & Cox Stock Fund ? It recently reopened.?

(it is a large cap value fund) Is this a good fund to invest in at this time? I would be commiting around 4% of my portfolio. I also was considering to putting money into the J Mid cap value Fund. Also commiting around 4% to this fund. How prudent would this be at this time? I am two years away from retirement. I have no other value mutual funds in my portfolio.
