Which yaoi manga is this, can't remember the name?

In this yaoi manga a guy employs someone who used to go to the same university as him, and because of a rumour he heard back in university knows that the guy was in love with him. The guy in question who he employs seems to give off a pheromone that makes him very attractive, which is why he's had to quit all his other jobs, because he would often get ually hared. And because of this, the other employee at the place, who often slacks off to play pachinko, attacks him at one point.
