Liberal Mainstream Media & FOX...........?

I think you have it right. People always confuse news from commentary. No other station gives the news without their own slant. That is why the mainstream media always presents their "news" with a liberal slant. FOX separates the two. They have news programs and then they have commentary programs. On most but not all of their commentary programs they will have both a liberal and a conservative. I find it refreshing to not get just the liberal point of view.
