How would you spice up this grilled pork recipe and what sides would you fix...?
Wow, what a question! First off, yes, I agree that marinating your pork for 4 hrs. prior to cooking would add so much to this flavorful recipe. I would also slighty par-cook your bacon as well but with some cracked black pepper on it. Don't buy the peppered bacon in the store especially when you can easily make your own! As for the Garlic Mustard er, you could use Whole Grain Mustard instead of Dijon, you will get a wonderful heat and spicyness that you never expected from a mustard! As for side dishes, I love Roasted Red Skins, Thinly sliced White cabbage with White Wine Vinegar, S&P a simplistic coleslaw, if you will) grilled Pineapple slices, a mandarin orange salad, Potato Pancakes, Apple Kabobs, or maybe some yellow waxed beans. Well, that's all that's I have for now, sorry, it's been a long day.............anyways, I hope this helps you out today and Happy Cooking!
