What should i do now?

Those neighbors been slam the door and pointing finger at me when p by with others, ok those two matter has been solved because i ignored them and they has been given up. Now the neighbors above me and im staying apartment, make a loud noise on my celling and also walk like dinosaur on early morning like 6am onward and it lasted about an hour and also in the evening and some nights and the very rare midnight from 2-4am. I done send guard to them multiple times but the guard told me they refuse to open the door, also the neighbors on our next door slam the door but they also will avoid me when it see me so until i can't doing thing except let;s them annoy me. please tell me what should i do now and please tell me what the trying to do?
