Am I being too reserved?

I don't want to tell this guy how I feel about him over the phone. I want to wait until we see each other again... which is a ways off yet... around 1/2 month. I just don't feel comfortable talking about it over the phone because I like to see the person's reactions when I'm talking to them... plus phone calls make it easy to misconstrue things. I'm just really bad at talking about how I feel and forget what to say... Should I talk about more now over the phone or wait?
