Backup problem....omg..my files..help me?

hello.long back i backed up a 10 gb of file thru a backup sftware and now i tried to restore thru nero..but is not working..there is a file calle NBI.and when it is going to restore it asks for a fille called WFCNAME.INI.nco which i do not have.is there any oher way to restore it..plz help me maaaaaaan
