Cabal Online Warrior Guide?

i was wondering, cause i just starded playing Cabal Online Today and i wanted to know, Whats that Growth Level 10, and then it shows stats like 53 Strength, and stuff like that, is it trying to tell me to have 53 Strength or w.e by level 10? i really wanna know, i want my first character to be my best, usually its never the best, but im gettin as much info as i can, anyways if you guys can ive me some good tips leveling, stat points, skills, and stuff, that'd be great, thanks
