Can anyone help me remember a childhood cartoon?

OK, When I was little, I remember a cartoon about a man who lived in a town that was reminiscent of a Dr. Suess village. He worked in a pickle factory, and one day he found a magical piano that whisked him to far away worlds when he pressed a key. Does anyone ever remember seeing this and know the name. I am trying to locate old school cartoons as they were so much better than what's on today for our youth. Thanks!
