ITunes charging more than I owe?!?!?

Ok I bought three tosh.0 episodes. The total was supposed to be $9.59. But for some reason only one episode was processed and the other two were not. So now I see on my account that I have been charged $6.35 for the other two, which is fine. But the problem is when I was trying to update my address it said on the bottom that I owe $6.35 and it was checked so I said ok I'll pay them off now. Then is said the address on the card does not match the one on the iTunes account so I went on my Bank of America online account and matched the address. Then I clicked ok again this went on four times until I checked my account and it turns out iTunes charged me $6.35 four times so now on my account it says that I have negative $16.69 in my checking and it took that amount from my savings which had $800 and now has $783.31. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I want my money back! How do I get them to charge the actual amount for the videos? I want to pay for what I bought! Thanks so much for your help!
