Would a baboon make a good pet?

i live in an apartment and i am a total clean freak. I heard that baboons r the cleanest animals in the world and r really easy to train. what do u think? It will be a girl named Babbooony. My budged is about a nickel. that is a lot of money. please help me asap on what toys should i get it.
