Legal trouble with ex-girlfriend, moving up court date?

A year ago I met a girl at the place I worked at. We hit it off really well and started dating.She is 17 and I was 19 at the time.We had a loving relationship, however I wasn't allowed to see her because I was older and had my own place, etc. 3 months ago she got diagnosed with cancer. She would call me every nite and tell me about the hospital, nurses, etc. A week ago I got a call from one of her friends askin if I knew where she was. I said probably at the hospital..her friend was like what for? Turns out...the cancer was all a lie and so was the parents not letting me see her, pretty much everything(a lot of stuff I don't want to go in to).I was angry and called her parents/her cell phone dozens of times looking for answers. Next day sheriff called n told me a no contact order has been put on me. I broke the NCO by emailing her and now am being charged wit harment, I am pleading not guilty.Anyway to move up the hearing? Or sit down with her and her family with my attorney?
