Is this enough cheese?

I am making enchilada dinners for 3 families, there will probably be 3 11X13 pans with approximately 7-10 enchiladas in each, each enchilada will contain cheese and chicken along with all the fixens that go outside, sauce and cheese and spices, do you think a two lb bag of shredded cheese would be enough to do all three meals or should i get 4 lbs?
