Patriots Wes Welker Jersey -- Have you bought a jersey from China?

I need to buy a Patriots Red Throwback Wes Welker jersey as a Christmas gift for someone. I've decided that a replica jersey would be best (he has other replicas). I can't find his size on any American websites like NFL or the Patriots site. I can't find it on ebay, either. The only place I can find it is on those websites with warehouses based in China. Has anyone bought jerseys from this type of place? Are they sketchy, or should I trust them? Thanks.
