I've been hearing that there is a systimatical record of the transitional forms of the whale, but upon looking for pictures, I only find hand drawn one. My professor clams that it took place over millions of years, and the evolution of a four-legged land animal (variously described as cow-like or wolf-like), into a whale. People are in such a hurry for their children to "grow up" and lose that childlike innocence and wonder of the world. Why? Imagination should be encouraged instead of squashed. Heres my situation: I just built a bar out of MDF board and it looks really good. I figured that I would just leave it the way it is because I know that if I paint it, I might mess it up. I had pasta salad at school today with italian dressing. Our caf sells pr-packaged meals like that, so I estimated that it was about 2 cups worth of pasta. Im at a party talking to this older man, I want to tell him something he calls his wife over who stands close to me. I stare at them, I cant focus on them, i try to recall my story but my mind is a jumble. I mumble but it sounds incoherent, I try to finish my sentences but I cant. My head gets heavier and heavier. My friends aproached me telling me how worried they are about me and told me the reason I can't see that theres something wrong is because I'm very stubborn. As for the Garlic Mustard er, you could use Whole Grain Mustard instead of Dijon, you will get a wonderful heat and spicyness that you never expected from a mustard! As for side dishes, I love Roasted Red Skins, Thinly sliced White cabbage with White Wine Vinegar, S&P a simplistic coleslaw, if you will) grilled Pineapple slices, a mandarin orange salad, Potato Pancakes, Apple Kabobs, or maybe some yellow waxed beans. How do i get a memory card to work in my printer?

Why won't my psx emulator save/load my game?

i can use the save state function but i can't save the game to the memory card(directory). i did everything i am suppose to and i even checked the memory card and the game data is on there. but for some reason when i try to load the game from the "load from memory card" in the game it says there is no game data. DETAILS: i start the emulator and choose dragon warrior 7, the game starts and shows the title screen. when i try to load game it says there is no saved game on memory card. so i end game and check memory card; like when you run a playstation without a disk and get the cd player or memory card screen. i enter the memory card section and my saved game is on the memory card. so my game is being saved but won't load. what can i do to fix this problem. i know using the save state is easier but when it comes to games with 2 or more disks i'm pretty sure i need to be able to load from the memory card. thanks for any and all help with this problem.

I think you have it right. People always confuse news from commentary. No other station gives the news without their own slant. I'm attending La Verne and I highly recommend it. I don't have any experience with the other schools you mentioned but I transferred to La Verne a year ago. I wouldn't go any where else. I love it! The student population is small, the enviroment is positive and well worth the tuition you pay. You get what you pay for, right. Cl sizes are 8-15 students. I am unsure of how i feel about this. For every pro there is a con. Where I live there is an abundance of stray dogs. You can't drive 1 mile without seeing one dead on the road. The animal shelter offers to spay the mother free if surrendering a litter of puppies (wonderful idea!) All are vaccinated and deed before they can be adopted. Here is what brought about the question. There is a cat they've had for about 3 mths, he hasn't been adopted because kittens go first. He is absolutely adorable and loveable. He's been fixed and vaccinated, but they are charging $145 to adopt him. I overheard a comment that if he wasn't adopted in the next week they would put him down. Why not find him a loving home that maybe someone just doesn't want to spend $145 for an adult cat? To feed him would be maybe $100 per year and yearly vaccines $35 (it's cheap here). They're going to be out the cost anyway and he shouldn't have to die. Same goes for dogs/puppies. Plus we're a rabies free zone.

I don't know that particular brand.. however i always look at the back of the bag and check just to be sure.. The Rennet is gathered by slaughter the cow and retrieving the liquid from the 4th stomach... i don't think you could get food poisoning from just eating it however.. lots of people eat cheese with rennet in it and never know where it comes from... if you really want to be 100% sure you're not getting any animal products from it i would suggest using a "vegan" cheese.. there are a lot out there.. they are soy based cheese... AND also watch out if you buy "pre-made" veggie lasauna.. most of them (unless it's Amy's orgainic) contain the rennet in them.. hope this helps..

I got poison oak on leg in Oct '09 and recently an itchy rash has appeared- not poison oak. What is it?

I got the poison oak on my leg when I was on a hike in a jungle in the foothills of the sierra madre mountains in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I diagnosed the rash as poison oak because it was a weeping rash and looked like the poison oak rashes I've gotten many times before. But just this week on Sunday Feb 9th 2010, a small itchy rash has appeared on the same area on my leg where I had the poison oak months before. It literally is on the little white scar that the poison oak left on my leg. The rash is not weeping nor does it have any poison oak-like attributes. The only thing is that this rash is very very itchy. But it just looks like common little rash bumps that aren't red but actually more whitish. What do you think this rash is and what are some solutions? BTW I don't have insurance so I don't want to go to the doctor unless it is necessary.

I would say get the chunk of drift wood. Then if you want get some easy basic plants like Hornwart( Ceratophyllum demersum), or Cabomba, or Java fern or vallisneria (gr). I have never used anything but regular gravel and no plant food and they lived fine. If it works good for you try different plants, plan something out, go to town... but if they die, well you tried right, and these should all be cheap plants, and no big loss. My biggest problem with plants is certain fish eat them, and it is a really $$ snack. You are also approach the plants from the wrong angle... you should find out what is available to get, and then do the research and find out what you need.

My son was charged with 2 moving violations in 2002 and 2004. His license was suspended and he attended a driver retraining course in 2004. They are no longer in business, records were sent to another company which has been taken over by the State, and we have no evidence of his completion of the cl. He's scheduled to take the cl again next week -- is this the fastest, easiest way of resolving this? The DMV offices will not discuss suspension and everything must be done by mail. Do you ever take coworkers combs/brushes/chapstick and rub them in the toilet while they're at meetings?

I am the secretary at my office, and some of the people there are mean. The gauge size is the size of the strings in millimeters. .09, .10 and so on. If your just starting out I wouldn't worry about pure nickel or anything speciallty string. If you have an SG then it's set up for .09 gauge strings. I prefer GHS Boomers in .09 gauge, but thats just my preferrence. Ernie Ball Super Slinky's are decent strings too.

My husband and I are taking a vacation to South Padre Island in November to be with our cousin at his destination wedding. ok,my father is having a byp tommorow.he has calcium in his arteries.i never want to get this.my dad was pretty health conscious,too,so its strange.im a lifelong vegetarian,and now especially,im very conscious of eating lo-or no-fat,foods.but the nurses on this last shift when i visited today,were all talking about skinny,fit patients-one a triathlete-who needed bypes,as they said some of it is genetic,nothing can prevent it if its ur heritage.i feel discouraged.do i give up and eat whatever i want,as it will happen anyway-or were the nurses just being pessimistic?i am about 20 pounds overweight,recently diagnosed with hypothyroid.im working out and taking synthroid.can i help myself by avoiding fats,or will heredity do this to me anyway?i dont want to go thru what he is going thru.

Would these plants enjoy the summer heat?

i was planning to put a : hibiscus, majesty palm, chinese fan palm, mexican fan palm, a banana tree and a pineapple plant outside this year, there isnt much rain and the plants would recieve shade for half the day and direct sun for the other half. Im a little nervous for starting high school?

high school honestly is a big change. new people, new cles, new teachers, and obviousally a new school. at my high school more then one school merged together. to be more out going i suggest joining an extra curricular activity such as a sport or club. that gives you the chance to meet and get to know the upper clman and it makes you feel more comfortable. high school is different from middle school because teachers expect more out of you. sure there is still time for fun and fooling around but you still need to turn in ignments on time, the teachers are there to teach you, not baby-sit. it is a lot of fun once you adjust. and just so you know freshman year isn't always a blast but it just gets better from there. enjoy your last years of being a kid while you have them. some tips are: make sure you go to orientation that way you have an idea of where to go. keep your schedule and locker combo handy. memorize your locker combo asap stay organized as long as you stay organized you will be able to keep track of everything that needs to be done. lastly do not loose your agenda book or planner. this way you can plan what home work and activities you have going on. welcome to high school! hope this helped!

you see I'm in a community musical, and well every night before shows we do vocal warmups and there's these two girls that don't have like 2 singing parts and they're not bad by any means, but whenever they do warmups they feel the need to sing 100% opramatic, with perfect posture and their vowels are exsentric. And the worst part of it is they look aroudn the room just wanting someone to look at them so they know that people know they know how to sing correctly. IT PISSES ME OFF!! Cheap, healthy, vegetarian cuisine?

I'm a full-time college student, living in an apartment on meager financial aid. I'm also a vegetarian, and to top it all off I'm trying to lose weight. I have two cats that have a URI, but its dormant now...Will the other cat get sick when one flares up?

I have two cats (one 5 yr old, another 8 mo just adopted) The new kitten has an Upper Respiratory infection, and the older cat caught it. They were both treated and are okay now, but the Vet told me the strain will lie dormant with them for the rest of their lives, and could flare up if the cat gets stressed or their immune system is low. Now my question is, even though both cats already have the strain, if one gets a flare up does that mean the other will get sick again too just by being around him?
